Excellent customer service and pricing along with a fast response. What I like the most is the polite and professional service techs that have come to my house to do repairs. They always take the time to thoroughly explain what the problem is and what it will take to fix it along with all associated cost.

This company came to repair my elderly neighbors AC and it required ordering a part that would take 2 days to receive. The couple is 86 and 87 years old and them temperature in the house was 87 degrees. A#1 Air evidently put a rush order on the part and received it in less than 24 hours and made the repair.
