I was very happy with the service from beginning to end. The office staff was efficient with scheduling and I called Nick's Plumbing bc they have been great at diagnosing minor plumbing problems in the past hoping they could help with our late night bathroom flooding that left us without water service. They arrived the next day on time! and plumber Willie Johnson quickly discovered where the busted pipe was hiding and was able to piece together new copper line/pipe/valve/hose from parts in his well stocked truck. He worked many long hours in and out of the rain long after closing! to make sure we had water asap. After this stressful experience with a guest in the house I am beyond confident of this company and their employees to deliver quality work for their customers.
