I had two air conditioners suddenly go down , universal had Oscar on the way within an hour. He calmly worked his way through the challenges, solved the problem and got things working again . Other companies I had phoned couldn’t get to me for days. My new favorite service company.

Today, as I write this I am cool as a cucumber. Yesterday, our AC went out and our house was really, really hot. My husband & I were miserable. I call Universal because they had done work for us before. I was afraid that since it was late afternoon on Friday, it would take some time for us to get any help. Nick (I think that was his name) was very helpful and got us help within the hour. Joe (I think that was his name) was able to fix the AC within a relatively short time, and the house started cooling right away. I am so appreciative of how responsive they were. (My apologies if I got the names wrong, but I was so frazzled by the heat.)
