Emil is a five-star, gold appliance expert. He performed a thorough examination of the problem with my dishwasher, showed me on his phone the website where the replacement parts and their prices are listed, and make the recommendation that my best option would be to purchase a Bosch dishwasher which I am currently shopping for online. He is courteous, respectful and pleasant. Very helpful. Now, I need help with my freezer and Speed Queen washing machine. I'm going to call UltraFix and request him specifically. Thank you!

Mack was the absolute best! He was super respective of our newborn baby sleeping while doing his repair. He took his time to do a proper diagnosis and found the problem with an easy fix versus having to replace an entire bigger portion of the washer. Would absolutely recommend him and UltraFix in the future and I've saved their number for any future issues! 10 out of 10!

Ultrafix was AWESOME! We called them on a Sunday night, they came out Monday morning and had to order a part and my dishwasher was fixed by noon on Wednesday. Excellent customer service. Very efficient and kind servicemen. Will definitely call back if I ever need them again for any appliances.
