Juan, Raul and David were professional and knowledgeable - and I wish I could remember the name of the others. The crew that arrived to replace my HVAC system was professional, courteous and friendly. The Abacus employees are everything I want from service technicians who are entering my home and providing the work that I have paid for.

Abacus replaced our electrical box (which qualified as antique). They explained the need, told me what they would do, took pictures, and went to work. It was finished in the required time and they checked everything out to be sure all was working properly, then labeled the switches. Really good job.

I received excellent service “White globe” level service. Dispatch was proactive, called me letting me know Eddie couldn’t make it, so they sent Chris. Chris was personable, very professional. He answered all of my questions and gave a full understanding of their membership opportunity. I was so comfortable with him, he finished his work whilst I continued to work from my home office.
